RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Do We Accept Returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 15 working days (approx. 20 days) of delivery, subject to the conditions set out below. This policy applies to all products in our catalogue.

 

2. Eligible Returns

A return will be accepted if one of the following conditions applies:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of use, have been altered, or are not returned in their original condition and packaging are not eligible for return.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us within 15 working days of the delivery date using one of the following methods:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • A photo of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 working days and provide you with return instructions.

4. Return Window

The return period is 15 working days from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information.

Only working days (Monday to Friday) are counted. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays are not included in the 15-day calculation.

Example: If your order is delivered on Monday, 1 June, and there are no public holidays during the return period, your return request must be submitted by Friday, 19 June. If a public holiday falls within this period, the deadline will be extended accordingly.



5. Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind / unwanted item: return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item received: we will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

6. What Happens If My Item Never Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at the email or phone number above. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the item is confirmed lost, offer a replacement or a full refund.

 

7. What Happens If My Item Arrived Damaged?

If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange return shipping at our cost and offer a replacement or a full refund, at your preference.

 

8. What Happens If I Received the Wrong Item?

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange return shipping at our cost and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible, or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.

 

9. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of our receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue store credit unless specifically requested.

 

10. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.
