This website is owned and operated by P. FORTOUNAS KAI SIA E.E. (trading as Minotaur Co.), VAT number EL998607525, registered in Greece. We manufacture and sell handmade leather guitar straps and related accessories.

3. Products

All products sold on this website are handmade leather guitar straps and accessories, manufactured in Greece. Product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible.

Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. Handmade products may show minor natural variations in leather texture and colour. This is characteristic of the material and not a defect.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

We accept payment using the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout through our shipping partner. This means that no additional customs duties or import charges will be due upon delivery.

For orders shipped to all other countries, unless duties and taxes are explicitly collected at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

While we strive to provide accurate estimates where applicable, customs authorities have the final authority in assessing duties, taxes, and import requirements. We are not responsible for customs processing times, delays, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country's authorities after shipment.

5. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimated, not guaranteed.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns Policy is published separately on our website and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read it before purchasing.

Our products are sold for use as leather guitar, bass, ukulele straps and musical accessories. Any other use is at the buyer's own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, P. FORTOUNAS KAI SIA E.E. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or damage to property.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Warranty

All Minotaur products come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.

This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Links do not constitute always endorsement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

If one provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website, or to cancel orders, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.

In any case of order cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

Also Minotaur reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit content.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where changes are significant, we will notify registered customers by email. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
